Ellison Sloan and Alan Wray are celebrating double success at Joseph Poots & Son of Funeral Services Northern Ireland, having been elected to regional office for the NAFD and BIFD respectively.

It is the first time that two funeral directors in the same funeral home in Northern Ireland have held regional office of two of the most prestigious funeral associations at the same time.

Ellison has become regional chair of the National Federation of Funeral Directors (NAFD), while Alan is regional chair of the British Institute of Funeral Directors (BIFD).

The Portadown-based funeral directors boast more than 50 years’ experience between them, and have directed more than 15,000 funerals in the Co Armagh area.
