Essex youngsters travelled to their carnival float in style thanks to the Co-operative Funeralcare in Wickford.

Carnival Queen Leanne and Princesses Katie and Amy were treated to a horse and carriage ride by the funeral home, as they made their way from the hairdressers to their float at the start of the procession.

Staff from the Co-operative Funeralcare were on hand to give out refreshments, pens and balloons to the gathered crowds.
