Nottinghamshire funeral firm has rebranded

Nottinghamshire independent funeral firm is undergoing a major re-brand to bring all four of its branches operating under the same name for the first time.
The Eastwood Funeral Partnership, which runs branches in Eastwood, Kimberley, Stapleford and Heanor, will be officially known as Gillotts Funeral Directors.
The re-branding will be accompanied by the adoption of a new company colour scheme – racing green and gold – a new logo and a brand new website. It has also coincided with the group opening a new office in Kimberley, having recently spent £100,000 to renovate the former United Methodist Free Church in Main Street.
The Gillotts name has been part of the company for 23 years, after it acquired Gillotts Funeral Service in Abbott Street, Heanor, following the retirement of its owner, John Gillott. The company’s Heanor branch is now run by Mr Gillott’s son-in-law, Anthony Topley, who is one of four directors in Gillotts Funeral Directors.
He said: “Sadly, John passed away in June, but I am sure that he would be proud that his name is now being used across the whole group.”
