Jennifer Ashe and Son to host special December memorial services
The families of those who have lost loved ones, and had funerals arranged with Jennifer Ashe and Son, are invited to attend
Jennifer Ashe and Son has organised several memorial services for December to bring the community together this festive season.
The family-run funeral director, which was established in 2016, has been arranging Christmas-time memorial services for the last eight years. Because of how popular the initial event was, the company now needs to offer more services.
The families of those who have lost loved ones, and had funerals arranged with Jennifer Ashe and Son, are invited to attend, allowing them to come together to share poignant memories during the first holiday season without their family members.
The first December service will take place at Cannock Chase Crematorium, in Norton Canes, on Tuesday 10 December, with two options of 5.30pm and 7.30pm available.
The second – on Wednesday 11 December – will be held at Willenhall’s St Giles Church of England, with the service taking place at 6.30pm.
John Ashe, managing director of Jennifer Ashe and Son, said: “Our memorial services are always well attended and appreciated, so we have decided to offer an additional service to make sure we are providing for as many of the families we’ve looked after as we can.
“Christmas can be such a difficult time, whether you have just lost a loved one or if the loss occurred a long time ago, so we make sure we do all we can to offer support to the bereaved during this season.”
He added: “Our memorial services allow us all to take a moment to reflect and share in happy memories, as well as to offer a caring setting of support to those who need it.”
