H. Porter and Sons achieves eco certificate

ISO 14001 is a globally recognised environmental standard, and is designed to help promote eco awareness within businesses

Stourbridge-based independent funeral provider, H. Porter and Sons, has officially achieved international certification ISO 14001:2015 for its commitment to sustainability.

The funeral provider’s newly-attained certification from HR and health and safety specialist, Citation Professional Solutions, follows an audit of practices covering cremations, burials, pre-paid funeral plans, catering, memorials and floral arrangements.

ISO 14001 is a globally recognised environmental standard, and is designed to help promote eco awareness within businesses. This aims to result in efficiencies in energy and resource use, while reducing waste.
