Levertons awarded Investors In People (IIP) Silver accreditation
The assessment measures how the firm effectively leads and manages its staff from a range of angles and viewpoints
Independent family funeral directors Leverton and Sons has achieved the Investors In People (IIP) Silver status.
Following an ongoing assessment that lasted for three years, all areas of the organisation were covered and the group’s external assessor deemed that it not only met the requirements of its previous accreditation, but it has also achieved Silver status.
The assessment measures how the firm effectively leads and manages its staff from a range of angles and viewpoints.
From business strategy and people management to recognition and reward and learning and development.
Leverton and Sons is one of over 50,000 organisations that has taken part in this accreditation process since it was established 30 years ago.
