Our goal is to ensure that everyone affected by death, dying and bereavement gets the care and support they need, when they need it. 

We extend our services to the local community, serving both adults and children from North Kent and children in Bexley who are living with life limiting conditions. Despite our hospice being based in Gravesend, 90% of our care takes place within the comfort of home or care home settings. Our team of dedicated and skilled professionals delivers specialised care, support, comfort and dignity to both patients and their loved ones addressing the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients, enabling precious valuable family moments during trying times. Each care journey is unique and tailored to the specific needs of both patients and families. 

We understand the profound impact of grief and loss, which is why we place immense value on connecting with families during these difficult times. Our support serves as a vital pillar for families facing the challenges of life limiting conditions, providing comfort and dignity, at every step of the journey, from diagnosis to the end.
